Manage User's Time-Off

With the Manage feature, Admin can preview all the time-offs of all the users at one glance. These time-offs can be rerouted or can be deleted.

To manage or view time-offs:

  • Click HRM > Time-Off > Admin > Manage.
  • Select the Date range and checkmark the Users. Click on Show Time Offs to view all the time offs for selected date range.

  • You will see the list of all time offs taken by users for the particular date range.

  • You can reroute the Approved or Rejected time offs in case you need to change the decision.
  • To reroute or delete the time offs, select the users and click on Reroute to Me or Delete option.
