Personal Preferences

Users can choose preference for how they want the toolbar to be displayed on their screens and can also choose their time zone. This feature is useful if an employee is traveling and needs to change the time to match the location in which he or she is working.

To edit your personal preferences:

1. Click Settings > My Profile > Personal Preferences.

   

2. Select your preferred time zone from the My Timezone drop-down menu.
3. The Left Bar can be Expanded, Collapsed or Hidden by clicking the appropriate radio button.
4. The Mobile Link field contains two links:
   1. Reset Link: Resets and creates a new mobile link. Use this function if you think that your mobile link has been compromised.
   2. Send Link to Mobile Device: Allows a mobile link to be sent via SMS.
5. Press Save when finished.
